Katie Williamson | Founder
My Doris is female-owned and led by Katie. Known to us as our 'Grand Fromage' - Katie remains at the heart of everything.
I’m passionate about women supporting women to reach their potential and be powerful and confident in their abilities. I want to offer a kind, respectful and collaborative environment where all team members love coming to work. I think that’s the key to running a great business.

Tom leads on all the long-term plans and initiatives to ensure we reach our company goals and growth ambitions.

Leanne | Designer
Leanne starts her design process with a 2D drawing and collaborates with our network of artisans on all the finer details: crafts, colours, and materials.
We all frenzy around Leanne's desk when new samples drop.
Sara | Buyer & Merchandiser
Sara leads on all our purchasing decisions - ensuring we drop the right pieces at the right time.
She's super passionate about the designs and the numbers!
Claire | Buyer
With over fifteen years of retail experience in snazzy stores (and a supersized smile), Claire joins our design team and plays a mega role in our product development.
Kunal | Senior Merchandiser, India
Our eyes, ears and insight on the ground in India. With a strong sense of place, Kunal connects the team here in Suffolk with our growing network of craftspeople in India - the artists and makers who bring our designs to life. Kunal ensures the production process runs as smoothly as possible - checks our collections are QC'ed, delivered on time and under fair and ethical conditions.
Joanna | Ecommerce & Photography
Most often, the girl behind the camera - shooting campaigns and content for us non-stop. Joanna is super creative and always smashes the brief.
And her pumpkin pie is legendary.
Kelly | Marketing
You'll mostly find Kel hiding from reels / collaborating with the team on brand campaigns and content.

Karl | Facilities
