We very much hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from My Doris but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 28 providing the goods are returned unworn and in their original packaging. Sale items are non returnable.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is advisable to send the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records. If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.
