1.What does delivery cost?

In the UK delivery is £15 for orders under £350 and free over that amount.
For international orders, delivery cost is £25 for all orders. Free over £1,000.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take anything from 3 to 8 weeks depending on your order. My Doris will advise you when you place your order or if you would like to discuss anything specifically please email info@mydoris.co.uk.

3. Do you have minimum order quantities and amounts?

Yes, because we're selling to trade / wholesale customers, we have a minimum order quantity of 2 of each item, and a total minimum order amount of £250.

4. Can I return products?

We will only offer returns and refunds if any goods are faulty or sent in error.

5. How do I contact you?

7. Can I order a sample?

We only keep limited numbers of samples, but please get in touch if you would like to view some samples and we will do our best to help.

8. The checkout page hasn't update to the wholesale prices. What should I do?

Make sure you are logged in to your wholesale account. Once logged in, revisit the cart page to update your order to the wholesale prices. If this hasn't worked, please contact using the contact details above.
