Personal Customers: Delivery & Returns
All orders will be mailed using first class Royal Mail service. All orders will be shipped within seven days but usually it is much faster. An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been shipped. If you require an item urgently please email: email@example.com and we can arrange an alternative postal method.
Postage and Packing Rates
Postage and packing totals will be calculated at the checkout if you have any questions about postage please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit then please contact email@example.com or (UK) 01284 765010 to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN'T ACCEPT RETURNED EARRINGS AND FACE MASKS FOR HYGIENE REASONS UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order please notify us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. I will repay you the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 7 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
Before returning an item please email: firstname.lastname@example.org outlining why you are returning the goods. All returned items will need to be unused and in resale mint condition to be eligible for a full refund.
