Wholesale Terms and Condtions:

Minimum Order

My Doris minimum order is £250 for all new orders. Subsequent minimum orders are £200.

Carriage
Carriage is £8 on orders up to £350

Carriage over £350 is free

If you are based outside the UK, please email trade@mydoris.co.uk for postal prices.

Delivery
Delivery and timeframes will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 2 - 12 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order.

Payment

Your first three orders
Your first three My Doris orders must be pre-paid via proforma invoice; we are not able to offer accounts until you have placed three orders.

We accept credit card, cheque, Shopify payments, PayPal or bank payments.

Account Customers
After the qualifying three orders, credit facilities are offered by arrangement.

We accept credit card, cheque, Shopify payments, PayPal or bank payments. Accounts are strictly 30 days. My Doris reserves the right to charge 5% interest per calendar month on all overdue accounts.

You can make instant payments via your online trade account by credit card, Shopify payment or bank transfer.

 

Exclusivity
Approval is needed before becoming a My Doris stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a re-order within six months My Doris will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.

Prices
Prices shown on our website are inclusive tax. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced. All goods come with a RRP and goods must not be priced under this amount.

Copyright and Images
This website is owned by My Doris and subject to copyright. If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes please ask us first. Please email us and we can arrange for some images to be sent to you.

Returns
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 10 days of receipt. Please do not return goods before contacting My Doris. Should we ask you to return goods you must obtain a postage receipt and that will be credited against your account. 

Handmade
My Doris products are handmade individually and carefully inspected by us prior to dispatch. There may be slight differences in colour, shape or size due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.

Special Orders
Special orders or custom colour combinations placed with My Doris are non-refundable and a deposit must be paid before manufacture commences.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of My Doris. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from mydoris.co.uk.  Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor.
